Shipping Carrier
All international shipments are handled through FedEx.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of EUR 15 applies to orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Insurance
For items with a value above EUR 10,000, the shipment is insured for the full declared value of the goods.
Dispatch Readiness
The estimated readiness for dispatch is shown on each product page.
This date refers to the estimated time required for the item to be prepared and released for shipment.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally around 5 business days, depending on the destination.
However, delivery times may vary depending on:

Delivery Method
All shipments are delivered door-to-door to the delivery address provided by the customer.
For security reasons, orders must be received personally by the intended recipient. We may require identity verification at the time of delivery where appropriate.
We do not accept responsibility for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or refusal to provide identification where required.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that shipments are packed and handled securely.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for being available to receive the shipment personally at the agreed delivery address.
